Program

Bob Laux presented the program on Club Visioning.  Common characteristics of clubs choosing to do this long range planning process are those which emphasize fellowship, hands on service projects, Rotary education and effective leadership.  The areas of consideration when planning are public relations (telling the story), membership (bringing in new people who share our values), service to the community (people who do things together stay together) and foundation (the giving arm of Rotary).  Committing to this long range planning requires at least 15 of our members willing to work together for four hours.  Walter Hatch is our visioning chair.
