Program

The program included part of the Cliff Dochterman speech from the recent turn over dinner in Portland.  Cliff is a former RI President and has addressed more Rotarians in the world than any other Rotarian.  His speeches, sprinkled with hi wit, are extremely motivating.  His stories about becoming a real Rotarian who thinks of service above self are inspiring.  The story of the wealthy Houston Rotarian who reluctantly agreed to take a child from an extremely impoverished neighborhood to the hospital brought tears to many eyes.  After the experience this Rotarian could not do enough to be of service to the poor neighborhoods of Houston.  He had become a Rotarian and not just a club member.
